



Multiple e-mail contacts for a TSM account
It is now possible to establish multiple e-mail contacts for a TSM account.
Contacts can be either primary or secondary. A primary contact can change accounting
information, contact information and service levels for an account. Secondary contacts can view
but not change accounts and service levels. All contacts
receive monthly e-mail status reports,
and any contact can request daily or weekly reports instead. Any contact can
delete themselves, but only primary contacts can add and delete other contacts.
To change contact information (if you are a primary contact):
- Go to the "Maintain your TSM account(s)" page
- Select one of the listed accounts by clicking the radio button to the left of the account name
- Click on the "Contact Information" link.
To add a new contact
- Enter an e-mail address to be added as a primary or secondary contact.
- Click on "Add Primary" or "Add Secondary" depending on which type of contact is being added.
To remove a contact
- Select the check-box to the left of the contact to be removed.
- Click on the "Remove Primary" or "Remove Secondary" buttons depending on which type of contact is being removed.
Examples:
- Two primary contacts: SCAD/DCS staff member and computer owner
- One primary contact: SCAD/DCS staff member
One secondary contact: computer user
